He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine R. King; his sons, Samuel King, Thomas King and Tony Jimerson; and his grandson T. J. Glover.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Beeman Smith King; his children, Mark King (Judy), Connie Gottschall (Terry) and Larry King (Missy); his daughter-in-law Jacqui King; his sons, Edward and Richard Jimerson; his stepchildren, Cynthia Bright (Ray), Judy Peyton and Chip Smith (Karen); and his adoptive daughter Pansy Goodall. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Perryopolis (191 Liberty St, Perryopolis, PA 15473). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ (102 Dickerson Run Rd, Vanderbilt, PA 15486). A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bowman-Flatwoods Cemetery (1012 Flatwoods Rd, Vanderbilt, PA 15486).
