He is survived by: his wife Leslie Allison Chalfant; his sons, Derek Chalfant of Lake Wylie, SC and Clayton Chalfant of Perryopolis; his grandchildren, Lyla Ann Chalfant, Ethan Hoffman and Evan Hoffman; his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Frances Chalfant of Belle Vernon; his sister Dianne; his brother-in-law Mike Onusko of Grindstone; his sister Tammy; and his brother-in-law Rick Angelo of Isabella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Larry G. Chalfant to Perryopolis United Methodist Church or the Mark Jared Rock Bariatric Fund.
