She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kokal and Pauline Kokal (Kacin); her husband Regis; her son Ronald; and her siblings, Paul Kokal, Frank Kokal and Teresa Potts.
She is survived by: her children, Regis P. Rusnock (Linda) of Ames, IA, Lawrence Rusnock (Kim) of Greensburg, PA, Cynthia Peta (Chris) of Irwin, PA and Karen Tylka (Greg) of Ames, IA; her grandchildren, Lindsey Swartz (Bobby), Jessica Rusnock (Steve), Kristin De Jong (Michael) and Justin Tylka (Michelle); her children, Juliette and Avett Swartz; her sisters, Paula Hribar and Mary Jane Rutherford; and her sister-in-law Ruzena Kokal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
