He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Jean VanDivner (Baker); his sister Jennifer Taylor; his niece Carol Zoe Taylor; his aunts and uncles, Margaret "Peggy", Neil Patrick, Mary and Terry Baker; and his grandparents, Hope and Eugene Baker.
He is survived by: his father James R. Garden, Sr.; his daughter Miriah Kozemchak; and his girlfriend Renee Giffin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
