She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hazy and Julie Turis Hazy; and her husband Frank J. Warchol. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Warchol of Smock and Keith Warchol (Rita) of Hagerstown, MD; and her sister Mary Lou Thomas of Perryopolis.
