He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Smith and Leona Smith; and his siblings, Mildred Slater and Frank Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Loraine Smith (Toth); his daughter Wendy; his son-in-law Gordon Post of Mt. Lebanon; his son Duane; his daughter-in-law Amy Smith of Mt. Pleasant; his sisters, Mary Lou Spradlin of Noblesville, IN and Rose Ann Fennell of Washington, NC; his grandsons, Lucas Smith (Renee), Ben Smith (Emma), Ian Post and Nathan Post; his great grandchildren, Dakota, Daisy, Brantley and Joshua; and his pet Bella.
