He was predeceased by: his parents, Willliam W. Carson and Maude Hall Carson; his wife Lois Sechrist Carson; and his siblings, Ruth, Allen, Yva and Craig.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Mimnaugh (Richard), Colleen Friedline, Chris Carson (Mary Lee O'Brien) and Janelle Bigam (Brad). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be and to the Perryopolis Methodist Church or Cherry Tree Alliance Church.
