She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Daugherty and Addie McGavitt Daugherty; and her husband Henry Teska. She is survived by: her son Jeffery H. Teska of Perryopolis; her grandchildren, Jason Teska (Carolyn) of Perryopolis, Joshua Teska (Toni Casey) of Perryopolis, Hannah Beeson (Rick) of Pittsburgh and Hope Inman of Ben Wheeler, TX; her great grandchildren, Giana, Waylon, Jayce, Hadley, Aubrey and Reagan; her adoptive mother Winona Hoffman; and her sons, Jake, Isaac, Ethan and Evan.
