He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koltash Jr. and Susan M. Gazdick Koltash; his parents-in-law, Michael and Margaret Rosul; his brothers-in-law, Gregory L. Rosul and Michael P. Rosul; his niece Angie Lauer; and his pets, Harry, Mario, Cheyenne and Jezebel.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rosul Koltash; his son Kevin John Koltash of Monessen; his sister-in-law Susan VanMeter of Granville, OH; and his nephew Richard Rosul of Scottdale.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Perryopolis (191 Liberty St, Perryopolis, PA 15473). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
