He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Hall (Schmid); and his parents, John and Bridget. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Lepping (Scott) of Green Lane; his siblings, Frank Hall, Thomas Hall and Sister Thomasine Hall; and his grandsons, Evan and Aedan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests purchasing a tree to be planted in his memory for his love of nature.
