He was predeceased by: his wife Helene Ciaciak (Kotowski); his father Eugene Ciaciak; and his brother Eugene (Carol Ciaciak). He is survived by: his children, Helene N. Legerton (Stephen) and Edward Ciaciak (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Audrey and Samuel Legerton; his stepgrandchildren, Kathryn Fritz and Aaron Fritz (Rachel); and his stepgreat-grandson Alexander Fritz.
