He was predeceased by: his wife Young Ja Lim. He is survived by: his sons, Hyo J. Lim (Elizabeth) of King, Jim J. Lim (Ann) of Berwyn, PA, John J. Lim (Diana) of North Wales, PA and Peter J. Lim of Perkiomenville, PA; his sister Soon Boon Chang of Los Angeles, CA; and his grandchildren, Brittany Lim, Jordan Leatherbury, Lilly Lim and Janie Lim. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
