He was predeceased by: his father R. David Gofus Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Janet Gofus (Moyer); his son Max; his stepdaughters, Lauren and Graisyn Schmidt; his brothers, Bryan (Amanda) and Jeffrey Gofus (Emily); and also Andrea Schmidt.
