He was predeceased by: his wife Cornelia Hoffman (Goezel); his parents, Mahlon Hoffman and Jenny Hoffman (Rawn); and his brothers, John and Claude Hoffman.
He is survived by: his children, Marlene Grow (Gary Latshaw) of Boyertown and Jeffrey Hoffman (Heather) of Hatfield; his grandchildren, Amy Grow, Steven and Daniel Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Brianna and Brandon.
