She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Partyka and Anna Partyka (Engler); her spouse Francis Chichak; and her sisters, Lorraine Mauriello and Mary Ann Vanyo.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Notartomaso Alarcon of Reading, PA; her grandchildren, Isabella, Antonio, Lucia Notartomaso and Barbara; her son-in-law Dan Alarcon; her stepgranddaughters, Hannah of Reading and Isabel Alarcon of Reading; her siblings, Frances Eiva of Linden, NJ, Betty Dolinak of Eynon, Paul of Eynon, Joseph Partyka of Eynon and Gabriel of Liberty, PA; and also, Rob Notartomaso of Perkiomenville and Barbara. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
