He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Sr. Jazlovietcki and Jacqueline Jazlovietcki (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Allison Marie (Moyer); his sons, Alexander Buck Jazlovietcki, Kelsey M. Jersey and Austin Hunter Jazlovietcki; his sisters, Jacqueline Nuss and Arlene Bender; and his half-brother Jimmy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
