He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kathy" Marie Macaulay (Johnson); his mother Barbara Macaulay (Laurette); his children, Kenneth Gage Macaulay IV (Tina) of Perkasie, PA, Christopher W. Macaulay (Paige Springer) of Perkasie, PA and Keri-Anne Moore (Kyle) of Greenville, SC; his granddaughters, Reese, Emmie, Isla, Sophie and Bria; and his sisters, Cheryl Harrington of Danvers, MA, Kim Luther (John) of Stoneham, MA, Donna Rego (Ken Ryan) of Andover, MA, Rose Macaulay of Stoneham, MA and Laura Gilligan (Kevin) of Malden, MA. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory (130 E Broad St, Souderton, PA 18964). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
