Kay and Susan Kay (Quigley); his in-laws, Pam and Steve Salera; his brother-in-law Peter Salera; his grandfather Jack Kay; his sisters, Shannon A. Rittenhouse (Corey), Lauren A. Etter (Jon) and Megan K. McBride (Dennis); and his nieces and nephews, Carson, Callum, Sloane Rittenhouse, Landon, Garrett, Charlotte Etter, Bridget and Sean McBride.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's name to the Plumsteadville Fire Company 5064 Stump Rd. Plumsteadville, PA 18949.
