Dube, Jr. (Sarah), William J. Dube (Jolene) and Kaitlyn M. Riker (Zeb); her stepfather Harry S. Pack, III; her sister Colleen M. Green (Ronan); her grandchildren, Avery, Addie, Chase, Lily and Mason; and her nephew John S. Green. She is also survived by four children and five grandchildren.
