Shelly of Pequea, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 31, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Loo (Eckman) and Elwood Shelly; and his brother Elwood Shelly, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tammi Shelly (Grove); his children, Justin Fellenbaum of Pequea, Nicole Fellenbaum-Smith (Nathaniel Smith IV) of Hinesville, GA and Brandon D. Shelly of Pequea; his grandchildren, Skylynn, Evalyn, Ian, Joshua, Athena, Nate, Breanna, Dareion and Blaze; and his siblings, Chris Mandros, George, Richard Peck and Lashelle Zangari.
