He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Neff and Clara Jenkins Neff; and his siblings, Willard, Kay and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cauler Neff; his children, Daniel R. (Colleen) and Yvonne M. Poulos; his close friend Thomas Matisak of Mountville; his grandchildren, Justin, Heather, Christine, Nathan and Cassandra; his great grandchildren, Isabel, Hailey and Kaia; and his sister Beatrice Canter of West Willow.
