Lewis (David) of Pequea, PA.; his sister Pat Nace (Ray) of Harleysville; his daughter-in-law Joan Derstine; and his sister Doris Histand. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
