He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hartranft, Sr. and Ella Eshleman Hartranft; his wife Arlene Elsie Skiles Hartranft; and his son David K. Hartranft. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Candice and Lisha. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
