Hoffman (Syms); his children, Matthew Hoffman, Connie Carney (Scott) and Linda Shaeffer (Joe); his grandchildren, Zac (Jess), Rayna (Chris), Dylan (Cassie) and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Connor and Makenna.
