With solemn reverence, we commemorate Annie Elizabeth Hess of Pequea, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on September 11, 2024 at the age of 81, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Dorothy Marie Haldeman; and her siblings, Marie Gainer, Ira, Roy and Rae Haldeman.

She is survived by: her husband James Hess Jr.; her daughters, Rowena L. Hess of Willow Street and Brenda L. Hess (Fred) of Quarryville; her grandchildren, Kari Johnson, Rowena Hess and Joshua Hess; her great grandchildren, Erin Johnson, Esther Johnson, Clint Johnson, Dean Johnson and Holden Hess; and her siblings, Robert Haldeman Jr., Stella Labezius, Guy Haldeman (Tracy) and Rowena Kenneson (Bob).
