He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart T. Dillon and Virginia S. Dillon (Weader); his daughter Ruby Caroline Dillon; his granddaughter Sarah Franze; and his siblings, Robert Dillon and Geraldine Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Carol Weaver; his daughters, Nancy Winter (Van) of Boalsburg, Susan Rossman (Ron) of Pennsylvania Furnace, Diana McClellan (Bill) of East Petersburg, Ruth Ann Fleck of Pennsylvania Furnace and Connie Rainelli (Dan) of Parkesburg; his grandchildren, Kristina Heidrich (Steve) of Chambersburg, Kimberly Ghaner (Steve) of Fayetteville, Ronald Rossman, Jr. (Emily) of Alexandria, William Rossman (Jennifer) of Warriors Mark, Michael Rossman (Brittany) of Tyrone, Emily Kershner of Lancaster, Benjamin Franze of Lancaster, Robert Fleck (Sarah) of Philipsburg, Melissa Dietrich of Windsor, Melanie May (Dan) of Boalsburg, Carly Rainelli of Parkesburg and Anna Rainelli; his sister Thelma Davies (Irving "Butch") of State College; and his sister-in-law Rose Dillon of Centre Hall. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
