She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Slack and Marian Meyer Slack; her husband Charles Willard Campbell; and her siblings, John Slack, Susie Slack Jacobi and Virginia Slack Rogers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Slack, Carol Slack Colestock and Judy Slack Colbenson; her children, Lorrie Curley (Terry), John (Sue) and Clay (Tanya); her grandchildren, Will Curley (Priscilla), Aaron Curley (Alexandra), Hannah Curley, Morgan Inhoof (Casey), Madison Campbell and Chloe Hampton; and her great grandchildren, Campbell Curley, Kieran Curley, Eila Curley and Luke Inhoof.
