It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Schmandt Bierlein of Pennsylvania Furnace, Pennsylvania, born in Reese, Michigan, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Schmandt and Anna Schmandt; and her son Matthew. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Schroeder (Hartmut) of Franklin, MA, Alan Bierlein of Goshen, IN, Charles Bierlein (Lisa) of Spring Mills, PA and David Bierlein (Barbara) of Spring Mills, PA.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
