She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Phillips and Viola S. Phillips (Flick); her granddaughter Melanie Powers; and her siblings, Erla Jean Hacker, Mabel Temple, Gerald Phillips, Mervin Phillips, Dale Phillips and Richard Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband C. Frederick Worthington; her daughter Dody Adams (Denny) of Pennsdale; her siblings, Jane Armstrong of Williamsport, Connie Peterman (Dave) of Muncy Valley, Donna Howell of Bloomsburg and Nelson Phillips (Suzanne) of Muncy; her grandson Matt Adams (Amber); her great grandchildren, Matthew Adams, Rowan Adams, Kaitlyn Powers, Ryan Powers and Megyn Powers; and her grandson-in-law Derek Powers.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home - Hughesville (557 E Water St, Hughesville, PA 17737). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home (557 E Water St, Hughesville, PA 17737).
