Frederick Worthington; her daughter Dody Adams (Denny) of Pennsdale; her siblings, Jane Armstrong of Williamsport, Connie Peterman (Dave) of Muncy Valley, Donna Howell of Bloomsburg and Nelson Phillips (Suzanne) of Muncy; her grandson Matt Adams (Amber); her great grandchildren, Matthew Adams, Rowan Adams, Kaitlyn Powers, Ryan Powers and Megyn Powers; and her grandson-in-law Derek Powers.
