He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kolb and Elizabeth Kolb (Radley); and his brothers, Edward and Henry Kolb. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kolb; and his sister-in-law Lois Kolb of Manahawken, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-neices and grand-nephews.
