He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russel Crouthamel and Helen Viola Crouthamel (Garis); his siblings, Pauline "Tut" Marie Schmell, Margaret "Sis" Mae Anders, Anna Faye Breiner, William "Bill" Lee Crouthamel, Richard "Dick" Garis Crouthamel, Gloria Jean Gruver, Barbara Jane Feddock, Valeria Mae Urffer, Christine "Tina" Renee Kulp, James "Jimmy" Roger Crouthamel and Terry Lee Crouthamel; and his siblings-in-law, Jon Schmell, Reuben Diller Anders, Raymond F. Breiner, Sr., John Feddock, Charles Urffer, Sterling Bright, Leroy Kulp, John Nesfeder, Frances Crouthamel, Helen Crouthamel and Karen Crouthamel.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Mary Crouthamel (Kilroy); his children, Russel Michael Crouthamel (Jean) of Harleysville, PA, David Lamar Crouthamel (Regina "Jean") of Allentown, PA, Doreen Marie Oberst of East Greenville, PA, Charles Francis Crouthamel (Lynn Fahenstock) of Port Orange, FL, Sheila Marie Crouthamel of Pennsburg, PA and Sharon Anne Nyman (Bryan) of Pennsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Jade, Martina, Thomas, Crystal, Danielle, Cassandra, Zachary and Karyssa; his great grandchildren, Finley, Anthony, Nathan, Christiana, Charles, Ayden, Ridge, River and Rainn; his siblings, Mark Kenneth Crouthamel, Sr. of Sellersville, PA, Donna Nanett Bright of Jensen Beach, FL, Barry "Butch" Donald Crouthamel (Gail) of Jensen Beach, FL, Dennis "Denny" Morgan Crouthamel (Cecilia) of Quakertown, PA and Linda Ann Nesfeder of Jensen Beach, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Luther "Bud" Gruver of Trumbauersville, PA and Linda Crouthamel of Quakertown, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
