She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Butera and Mary Bonadio Butera; and her husband John P. Kohutka. She is survived by: her children, J. D. (Danielle) of Gilbertsville, Michael (Valerie) of Pottsville and Natalie Grogan (Jack) of Orwigsburg; her grandchildren, Dylan Kohutka (Brooke), Annelise Collins (Michael), Zachary Gilbert (Alicia), Madeline, Mikenzie Kohutka, Ryan, Ian and Courtney Grogan; and her siblings, Mary Jane Reed (Marlin) and Ralph (Kathleen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Pottsville Free Public Library at 215 West Market Street, Pottsville, PA 17901, in Rose's honor.
