He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kulp and Helen Kulp (Bauer); and his siblings, Leonard Kulp Sr., Jeannette Hettrick and Gloria Bobyak.
He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy E. Kulp (Moll); his daughter Maryann T. Cope (Scott) of Quakertown; his grandchildren, Corey Cope and Melissa G. Schaffer (Ryan) of Emmaus; his great grandchildren, Colin, Andrew and Sarah Schaffer; and his siblings, Gerald Kulp (Gladys) of Gilbertsville, Priscilla Byndas of Spring City and Darlene Grubb (Roy) of Pennsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the SPCA of Montgomery County, 1059 Sweisford Road, Perkiomenville, PA 18074.
