Birkmire (Belshaw); his children, Richard Birkmire (Emma) of Norristown, Carol Ann (David Wentzel) of Barto and Glenn Birkmire of Palm; and his brother Jack Birkmire (JoAnn) of Roxborough.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to either the American Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
