He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Conrad and Viola Conrad (Snyder). He is survived by: his wife Doris Conrad (Jakoby); and his children, Kyle Conrad of Sumneytown, Wade Conrad (Pheng) of Reading, Sharon (Michael Sobjak) of Muncy, Susan (John Bennett) of Napa, CA and Rebecca (Daniel Vanim) of Quakertown. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
