He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah Lynn Miller (McKee); his parents, Richard C. Miller and Ida L. Miller (Cupper); his children, Melissa Landis (Matthew) of Green Lane and Harley Miller, Sr. (Alyssa Menkins) of Pennsburg; his grandchildren, Melinda, Madeline, Michael, Morena Landis, April and Harley, Jr.; and his siblings, Dolly Kilcullen and Eric Miller (Linda). He was also cherished by his wife, children and grandchildren.
