She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jack McCloskey and Victoria (Aluska); her husband Bruce Berthel; her daughter Patricia O'Haire (Berthel); and her brother John McCloskey.
She is survived by: her son Michael (Theresa); her grandchildren, Maryanne Creighton (Matt) and Lucas Berthel; her great grandchildren, Alyce, Wolfric and Emmet Creighton; her niece Vickie Arceri (Jim); her nephew John Mcloskey Jr.; and also Carol.
