He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Shuman (Ziegler); his parents, Milton H. Shuman and Irma Shuman (Riegel); and his sisters, Minnie Young and Gladys Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Paravati of Northampton, Terry Shuman-Gerspach (Steve Yoder) of St and Mary Johnson (Michael) of Tucson, AZ; and his grandchildren, Amanda Dunbar, Anthony Paravati, Jillian McMillon, Jessica Keim and Carly Keim. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
