He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Duka and Catherine Duka (Miselewicz); his daughter Christina Duka; and his grandson Ezra Duka. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette S. Duka (Bartman); his grandchild Pop; his children, Michael Duka of Pennsburg, Teresa DeBias (Dennis) of Collegeville and Matthew Duka (Jennifer) of Green Lane; his grandchildren, Todd, Kristin, Rachel (Samuel), David, Shae, Boris and Malachi; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Aurora.
