He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar L. Crouthamel and Sadie Crouthamel (Stever); and his sisters, Diane C. Delle and Molly Halvorsen. He is survived by: his wife Sophie M. Crouthamel (Texter); his children, Michael A. Crouthamel (Shelley) of Telford, PA and Amy M. Saylor (Paul) of Perkasie, PA; and his granddaughter Lauren Saylor.
