He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Warfield (Shirley Warfield) and Jean Smith; his wife Jackie Wink; his children, Nichelle, Jordyn, Dylan, Nevaeh, Aaliyah and Kellen; his grandmother June Warfield; his siblings, Tonya Martindale (Phillip), Michelle Mulligan, Kenneth Warfield (Lisa) and Shaina Wolfe; and his mother-in-law Donna Kachline. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
