Montalvo (Sirico); his mother Carmen Montalvo; his children, Dr. Angela Montalvo (Kyle Himmelwright) of Ephrata, Joseph Montalvo III and Catherine Montalvo of Blacksburg, VA; his sister Carmen (Joseph Gianotto); and his mother-in-law Anita Sirico.
