He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Roth Sr. and Cathrine G. Roth-Kerver (Nace); his nephews, Nathan Roth and Jason Roth Jr.; his niece Kristy Roth; and his stepbrother Michael Kerver.
He is survived by: his stepfather Frank Kerver; his brothers, Charles Roth Sr., Donald Roth Jr. and Robert Roth Sr.; and his stepsisters, Betty Lou Fulmer and Beth Ann Bieber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
