He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick A. Henderson and Eunice Maxine Henderson (Downing); his wife Rosemary J. Henderson; his brothers, James Henderson and Samuel Henderson; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Dean and Joseph Garry.

He is survived by: his children, Kelly J. Sakowski (John) of Wayne and Frederick A. Henderson III (Heather) of Schwenksville; his grandchildren, Chloe, Jack, Olivia and Nicholas; and his siblings, Eleanor Dean, Eunice Garry, John Henderson and David Henderson.
