He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zadlo and Rose Zadlo (Purri); and his sister Patricia A. (Earl Alcott). He is survived by: his brother Anthony Zadlo of Hatfield; and his caregivers, Larry Mangel of Philadelphia and Ellen Bradford of Doylestown. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews; and 22 great and great great nieces and nephews.
