McSpadden (Theresa) of Ambler and Megan McSpadden of Quakertown; her stepgrandchildren, Wesley, Zac, Marley, Sarah, Noah, Rebekah, Luke and Rachel; and her siblings, John Getzow of San Francisco, CA and Geraldine Getzow of Quakertown.
