He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kolb and Edith Kolb (Schwenk); his son Gregg; and his siblings, Winifred Nyce and Roger Kolb.
He is survived by: his spouse Cheria Kolb (Haas); his daughter Dawn (Richard "Bruce" Ferketich) of Green Lane; his grandson Jason; his son Justin (Amanda); his grandchildren, Noelle and Lindsay Kolb; and his brother Gary (Maryann) of Palm.
