He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Sr. Miller and Margaret Miller (Stull); and his brother Henry R. Miller Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Gloria Leskowsky; and his nieces and nephews, David W. Berg of Catasauqua, Terry L. Berg (Sandy) of Allentown, Dana L. Berg (Shelley) of Schnecksville, Susan L. Miller of Emmaus and Andrew J. Berg (Shawn) of Macungie.
