She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gale and Dolores Gale (Moffitt); and her former husband John V. Tolomeo. She is survived by: her husband Roy W. Phillips Sr. Born; her daughters, Jennifer Reinert of Gilbertsville, Holly Tolomeo of Oley and Samantha Tolomeo of Telford; her stepchildren, Ray Phillips of Boyertown, Roy Phillips Jr. of Reading, Jon Phillips of Birdsboro and Sheila McCann of Hamburg; and her siblings, Paul Gale, Robert Gale and Pamela Zaim. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
