He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Wilks and Catherine M. Wilks. He is survived by: his son Daniel J. Wilks; his siblings, Diane Wicks and Stephen Wilks; and his uncle Anthony Buccafuri (Penny). He is also survived by 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 3 great nephews.
